10. MISCELLANEOUS

10.1 Governing Law; Limitations; Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Website or Services must be filed within two (2) years after such claim or cause of action arose.

Any such claim or cause of action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. You waive any objection based on improper venue or forum non conveniens.

10.2 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Braddock Investment Group Inc. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.

10.3 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.4 Connectivity Charges
You acknowledge that your use of the Website or Services may result in charges from third-party providers, including but not limited to internet service providers or mobile carriers. You are solely responsible for any such charges.

10.5 Termination
Braddock Investment Group Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.
